Student Responsibilities and Obligations

You are financially obligated to pay for all courses that you have registered for. Do not assume courses will be dropped for not attending. You could end up with student debt for classes you never finished. Proper procedures must be followed to drop or withdraw from a course.

If you intend to have a third party, such as an employer, workforce center, or other agency pay for your courses it is your responsibility to have an official third party authorization form on file in the Business Office. Failure to do so could result in being dropped from your course(s).

Past due accounts will prevent you from registering for courses.

A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed to past due accounts.

аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± collaborates with the Minnesota Department of Revenue Collection Division to collect overdue accounts per Minnesota statutes.
